The EDA Group Awarded EcoVadis Silver Medal

The EDA Group Awarded EcoVadis Silver Medal

In 2024, the EDA Group chose to participate in the EcoVadis evaluation process. After earning a bronze medal during its first year, we have now achieved the Silver Medal!

This certification places the EDA Group among the top 35% of all evaluated companies. The group is also ranked within the top 15% of highest-performing organizations assessed by EcoVadis.

This medal recognizes our teams’ daily commitment to responsible and sustainable development, in service of our clients and consumers.

EcoVadis has become one of the most respected sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) rating organizations. Its assessment methodology is based on international standards such as ISO 26000, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and the United Nations Global Compact principles, among others.

What does the EcoVadis medal represent?

EcoVadis assigns a total score out of 100 to each company. Once scores are calculated, companies are awarded an EcoVadis medal (Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze) based on their ranking compared to all evaluated companies across industries.

The medal is valid for one year from the publication of the results—i.e., until May 2026. EcoVadis regularly raises its scoring thresholds, so it’s essential that we continue improving to retain this medal—and aim for even higher distinction.

The EDA Group Honored at the 2025 Journées des Collections in Marseille

The EDA Group Honored at the 2025 Journées des Collections in Marseille

Once again this year, the EDA Group took part in the JDC Garden Trends trade fair, held from March 25th to 27th at Parc Chanot in Marseille — an event that brings together all distribution professionals from the garden industry.

It was a great opportunity for us to meet our clients and introduce them to the 2026 new products from our brands EDA, Poétic, and Pot&Deco.

The CAREL planter, competing in the Decoration & Furnishing for Indoor/Outdoor Gardens category, caught the jury’s attention and was awarded one of the event’s prizes.

For many years now, the Group has been a regular exhibitor at the Journées des Collections Garden Trends, and once again this year, EDA was present in the south of France from March 25th to 27th. With a large 220 m² booth, we were able to present our latest collections to the 1,250 buyers — including over 400 retail brands — who attended the event.

It was also a great opportunity to showcase — or reintroduce — the collections and new products from our three brands: EDA, Poétic, and Pot&Deco, which received strong interest from prospective clients.

As a key event in the gardening sector, the JDC Garden Trends brought together a total of 389 exhibitors from various specialties, all united by the common theme of the outdoors.
